	Policies:
	Pet Policy: Additional $10.00 Animals allowed in designated rooms only. Damages by pets are the guests responsibility. Smoking permitted in designated rooms only. $300 dollar fine to any violators. Rates are non-negotiable. No refunds.	Photo ID is required to rent any room. Must be 18 years or older - NO EXCEPTIONS. Rates listed are not applicable on certain dates. Including holidays and area event nights. Rates may change at any time. All stays must be paid in full at the time of check-in.
